Top 5 Sculptures made in Dreams

It’s time to take a look at what the Michelangelos and Donatellos of Media Molecule have been up to! No, I’m not talking about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, that’s next week. This week I’m talking about the great sculptors!

Let us know if we missed your favourite!

5. To war or not to war, that is the question.

If Kratos and Hamlet had a baby, this is the beast of a man that would pop out. Fully formed and bearded. I don’t know if it is because there is no scenery to compare him to or if it is just the camera angle, but Kramlet (This is it’s name now. There’s no going back) looks HUGE and imposing. It’s a mighty sculpture, that’s for sure!

4. This Stag-gering sculpt!

Deery me! This majestic sculpt is what Harry Potter’s patronus would look like if he had actually been raised in Surrey. I love the intricate details on this one! Just wondering if quadrupeds are a thing in Dreams yet… *Please say yes!*

3. Snail that’s a good scene!

Get it? It sounds a bit like “Now”… no? Ok… In any case, this image was actually recreated from a photograph and I must say, they did a very good job! From the snail itself right down to the tiny bristles on the plant, the detail on this one is exquisite, but in a different way to the Stag. It’s a whole different style, but still looks fantastic!

2. The Iron-deficient Giant

This giant robot is awe-inspiring. He’s been neglected, ripped apart, is full of dents and has such a sad look on his face. How did he get here? What is his story? Is he still functional? The scene invokes so many questions and I really hope it is something we will get an explanation for!

1. Three tree froggies

The first time I ‘hopped’ on Twitter and saw this image I thought it was a photograph. It wasn’t until I later clicked on it that I realised it was made in Dreams and I was just astounded. If this doesn’t get you excited to see what you can make in dreams then I don’t know what will! I mean I do… logic, music and all sorts of stuff are still to come, but you know what I mean! This is incredible and I hope we get to see a lot more like this while we wait to get our hands on the game ourselves. #DreamsiCandy anyone?
